18 Scale Die Cast Model Of 1961 VW Camper 23 Window T1 Samba Bus (T1 Bulli)

I will be listing a considerable collection of 1:8 scale automobile models in the coming days. These models were all professionally completed to an exemplary standard by my Father, a very particular'Captain of Industry' type.

Throughout his older life he has bought and completed these models, with forensic accuracy, as a hobby, but he has little interest in collecting the finished products. They are all in absolutely immaculate condition. (If there appears to be any imperfection in the paint on the photos I can assure you it is only static dust). The accuracy and detail included in this model is second to none, the mirror chrome dome hubcaps, the working door handles, the boot lid rod, the hidden spare wheel, door hinges, opening windows as per the original and so, so much more. I have never seen a completed one for sale; they are exceptionally rare.

1:8 scale 1961 Volkswagen split-screen T1 23 window Samba Bus, with accessories including safari roof rack, vintage luggage, 1960's surfboard and ladder. True to life metal hinged doors with working door handles. Colour coded painted and chrome wheels.

Detailed 1500cc OHV 4-cyl 44hp engine. Opening boot, reveals luggage space and entirely accurate rows of seats. Made of die-cast metal, ABS plastic, leather and thermoplastic rubber.
