Autoart Jaguar D Type Short Nose Green 1 18 Scale Diecast Model 73561. AUTOart Limited Edition Grand Prix Legends 1954 Jaguar D-Type Short Nose Prototype.

This is a lovely model of a classic Jaguar D Type racing car from AUTOart and made for Grand Prix Legends. Rare and no longer available. It comes with some amazing features such as the opening drivers door displayng the race interior with working steering, boot with spare wheel, bonnet opening (which wont open while on the plinth) to reveal a fully detailed engine and engine bay, as well as a detailed chassis and underside. This is a limited edition model made for Grand Prix Legends and is number 278 from only 2500 ever produced. The stand is numbered and the Certificate of Authenticity is enclosed, which is a little faded. There are some minor small paint defects in a couple of places The roundel on the boot lid has a tiny piece missing. I've tried to show these in the pictures.

There is no passenger seat covering. There is no box or original packaging as the model has been on display. There is the plinth, the plastic end pieces and the named card.
